Amazon\u2019s Workforce Staffing team is seeking a motivated self-started that can work in a fast paced environment supporting North America Customer Fulfillment high-volume hiring. The Sr. Funnel Management Coordinator will work under the direction of the Funnel Management Specialist and manage the candidate pipelines for each site within the business line they support. Primary responsibilities include: · Manage Applicant funnel daily to fill HE and NHO targets to include sending event invitations, reminders, and dispositioning applicants · Create headcount requests per site specifications within SLA · Create Standard Operating Procedure documentation and make revisions as processes are updated · Partner with vendors to train them on Funnel Management functions and monitor their execution · Pull and evaluate standard talent pipeline reports · Provide Staffing partners training and coaching on pipeline management best practices · Participate in system testing as enhancements are released · Initiate/monitor/troubleshoot contingencies (partner with compliance) · Communicate with candidates via ATS/phone/text system as needed · Monitor Funnel Management and Amazon Candidate Connection Services (ACCS) Trouble Tickets (TT's) · Provide in-person support at hiring events as neededAmazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer \u2013 Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation.
Basic QualificationsA completed Bachelor\u2019s degree · Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e.,Excel, Word, Sharepoint) required
Preferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems · Prior experience working in Human Resources and/or Payroll, heavy data entry and/or customer service · Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills · Strong oral and written communication skills · Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment Strong commitment to continuous improvement
