ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Learning & Development Manager will support the overall business strategy and help the organization become more effective and efficient through its employees and Learning & Development initiatives. The role is to develop and enhance the organization’s talent and grow ONE’s future leaders. It requires a creative, high-energy, self-motivated individual who is passionate about using internal development as a means to move the needle on organizational success.The ideal candidate has been working in an HR Generalist or Training Specialist capacity for the past few years and is ready to take their career to the next level.IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:Support the Chief People Officer and global leadership team to assess organizational training/development needs and provide learning and development strategies in to address those needs.Consult with all levels of management to assess performance and recommend effective learning paths delivered through various structured and blended learning environments: instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and e-learning/self-directed learning.Responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training content for the ONE University portfolio of internal learning curriculum programs and courses. Monitor training evaluations and perform data analytics/metrics to ensure appropriate training solutions are provided and return on investment (ROI) is realized.Manage ongoing performance management process as well as support and monitor the performance review process.Partner with line managers to develop and support employee development plans and other learning and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and contribute to a highly engaged and developed workforce.Publish and maintain L&D announcements and communications via intranet site and manage the scheduling, delivery, and completion tracking of training via the Learning Management System (LMS).Design training courses and programs necessary to align with job families within the organization.  Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards. Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery. Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training. Manage the mentor program. Manage the personal development program/budget. Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required Develop self, and maintain knowledge in the field at all times. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field. 5 years of experience working within in-house corporate training and development programs. Experience using UltiPro HRIS highly desired. Experience using UltiPro learning, career development, and talent management modules and Reviewsnap performance review system helpful, but not required. Experience delivering basic HR training such as behavioral interviewing, sexual harassment/sensitivity training, new manager training, etc. In-depth knowledge of online training platforms and providers. Fluency in French helpful but not required.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONSIf you are ready to join the fight against extreme poverty and preventable disease, please submit a resume to this opening at ONE jobs.   ONE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in its selection and employment practices.
