Job Summary Purpose of Position This position serves as a business partner with our Contact Center Managers and Operations in achieving company goals by utilizing proven HR solutions. Duties/Responsibilities Job Duties and Responsibilities: u00b7 Work strategically with our operations partners by using HR solutions in order to achieve company goals. u00b7 Act as a leadership coach and trusted advisor to operations leaders u00b7 Act as a change agent to bring employees through the change curve successfully as the company continually evolves to stay ahead of the competition u00b7 Manage all Employee Relations issues as well as conduct investigations and assist in any EEOC complaints. u00b7 Promote positive HR visibility through conducting focus groups, attending employee functions, charity drives, etc. u00b7 Conduct new hire orientations, as well as training regarding various HR/Compliance related topics (Harassment in the workplace, discrimination, etc.). u00b7 Deliver training regarding to relative workplace topics. E.G. Preventing Sexual Harassment, Positive Discipline in the Workplace, Conducting Performance Reviews, etc. u00b7 Facilitate the processing of the LOA, PTO and FMLA requests u00b7 Investigate all injury/incident reports. Obtain all necessary documentation and manage corresponding Workers Compensation claims u00b7 Prepare documentation for all Unemployment Appeal Claims and attend corresponding hearings u00b7 Facilitate the resolution of all Payroll issues/concerns u00b7 Review and Approve all termination requests for the facility u00b7 Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment. u00b7 Perform other related duties as required Qualifications: Qualifications u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred u00b7 Five plus years previous experience in Human Resources (Call Center/Retail HR experience preferred) u00b7 Thorough understanding of all HR related legislation, including but not limited to, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO, HIPAA, etc. u00b7 Excellent skills in Microsoft Office software u00b7 Excellent English speaking and writing required, Bilingual Spanish speaking/reading skills a plus u00b7 Excellent communication as well as presentation skills u00b7 Excellent leadership, motivational, and multi-tasking skills u00b7 Work well with others in a busy work environment u00b7 Position requires flexible availability and must be able to adjust schedule as needed u00b7 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines #Non-Agent Please email your resume to: ****
