Job Summary

Payroll Manager


Location: The Chase Center, San Francisco, CA


As a Bon Appetit Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for providing accounting services to internal and external guests and suppliers. Results are achieved by implementing effective internal controls and efficient processes, through leadership and management skills, and by living our visions and values.


Major Areas of Responsibility


*Supports company initiatives within the department *Has strong attention to detail *Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and team members *Maintains positive relationships with internal and external guests, and ensures prompt response and resolution to all guest inquiries *Acts as a liaison with team, including partner’s operational team, and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performance *Maintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data *Completes all projects in a timely and professional manner


*Thoroughly and accurately uses applicable BAMCO systems (BOSS, Point-of-sale, WFM and more) *Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month end closing *Ensures team members adhere to Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook *Effectively implements financial processes and systems to complete responsibilities *Manages payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable process *Ensures all payroll information is accurate and submitted on a timely basis *Ensures all sales reports and financial statements are accurate prior to distribution *Clearly communicates financial results to management on a regular basis *Ensures Core Signature standards are maintained at location cashier level

Job Requirements

*English reading, writing, math and computer skills required *Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift *May be required to perform diverse physical tasks *Possible hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains *Stamina to work 60 hours or more per week. *Must be flexible with schedule, able to work different shifts *Ability to use hands in using office equipment, including the computer system *Ability to talk and hear to conduct phone correspondence *Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents
