This position will provide professional project management support to Human Resources projects, specifically focused in the work of Staffing, Field & Corporate HR, Associate Engagement & Retention, and Diversity and Inclusion. These enterprise-wide initiatives support key functions (Maintenance, Sales, Rental, Field Operations, and Logistics); they are complex and the work runs across corporate and field operations.
As our work in Human Resources gets more complex and our associate population grows, effective project management and communication is critical to the success of these programs. In addition to the traditional project management function, this role will be focused on the communication aspects of these projects including developing communications in the tone, manner and structure that aligns to the associate communication framework.
If you are the type of individual who has served in an HR Project Management role in another organization, or you are a HR Generalist who has formally developed project management skills and successfully led projects we are interest in talking to you. All candidates must be able to demonstrate successful past communication and change communication strategies.
Manage the full life cycle HR Projects including the planning, analysis, design/development, execution, monitoring and control.
Collaborate with Process Owners and Field Associates to evaluate customer and business requirements.
Consult with Senior Management and propose expanded initiatives that align with existing work that will better meet the needs of the organization.
Identify, design, and implement automated solutions where appropriate.
Present final recommendations and project outcomes to senior management.
Institute measures to monitor HR processes
Collaborate with the other HR Project Manager resource where appropriate in order to create consistencies in project management processes and applications.

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the Human Resource Management or Organizational Development and Change fields of study
5-7 years of HR Generalist experience is required
Proven project management experience is required; formal training in this area is preferred.
Extremely strong Oral and Written communication Skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and Word Required; Experience with Project Management program is preferred
Ability to work efficiently and independently with strong attention to detail
Strong Presentation and Project Management Skills
Green Belt /Black Belt skills and certification a plus
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
