Job Description
Monitors effectiveness of current talent development and talent management programs using key performance metrics and develops / revises strategies to achieve established goals in these areasMonitors external labor market factors affecting current talent strategies and makes suggestions to course correct or enhance current strategiesIdentifies opportunities to gather data and insights which will inform the design of talent strategies and programsDevelops the strategy behind and continually improves talent pipeline program design to improve the participant experience, conversion, and retentionPartners with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize campus recruiting process and executionOwns the design and implementation of performance management / ongoing feedback process, talent assessment, and succession planning across the organizationDesigns and implements processes and tools to create and sustain a culture of ongoing feedback across the organizationIdentifies opportunities and makes suggestions to improve overall organizational ability to leverage internal talent poolMakes recommendations to help improve overall organizational competency in talent assessment, development, and managementPartners with the HRIS team to implement talent processes within Workday, and also researches best practices and makes recommendations to enhance the use of existing functionality related to the talent process within WorkdayBuilds relationships with external experts in the field and continually seeks to better understand best in class talent management and talent development practicesPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
