Day to Day: Summary: The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to Chromalloy\u2019s corporate organizations. Serves as consultant and adviser to Commercial and Functional leaders in the effective management of their workforce through performance management, organizational design, analysis and implementation; change management, talent assessments, leadership development and succession planning programs. Accountabilities: Apply a sound understanding of customers and business strategy \/ goals. Recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Provide counsel, coaching and mentoring at the senior management level particularly in the areas of talent management , employee engagement and employee relations \/ communications . Provide managers with strategic direction regarding organizational structure and approaches to leverage staffing and talent needs. Implement Chromalloy\u2019s talent, development, performance management, engagement programs that drive higher levels of employee performance. Manage and oversee recruiting efforts to attract the industry\u2019s best and brightest candidates; assess needs, oversee related processes, provide guidance on competitive offers, prepare documents, and facilitate the offer to on-boarding cycle. Review and analyze data to support the development of HRIS and the provision of quality HR management information. Drive employee engagement through close partnership with staff and leadership, leading focus groups and action planning as required. Additional Information: Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred Basic Qualifications: 10 years in progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in a senior, strategic business partner role of a similar size \/ scope. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-site, global operations. Aerospace, MRO or OEM experience a definite plus.
