Day to Day: Summary: The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to Chromalloy\u2019s corporate organizations. Serves as consultant and adviser to Commercial and Functional leaders in the effective management of their workforce through performance management, organizational design, analysis and implementation; change management, talent assessments, leadership development and succession planning programs. Accountabilities: Apply a sound understanding of customers and business strategy \/ goals. Recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Provide counsel, coaching and mentoring at the senior management level particularly in the areas of talent management , employee engagement and employee relations \/ communications . Provide managers with strategic direction regarding organizational structure and approaches to leverage staffing and talent needs. Implement Chromalloy\u2019s talent, development, performance management, engagement programs that drive higher levels of employee performance. Manage and oversee recruiting efforts to attract the industry\u2019s best and brightest candidates; assess needs, oversee related processes, provide guidance on competitive offers, prepare documents, and facilitate the offer to on-boarding cycle. Review and analyze data to support the development of HRIS and the provision of quality HR management information. Drive employee engagement through close partnership with staff and leadership, leading focus groups and action planning as required. Monitor the \pulse\ of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement Engage regularly with business unit and regional staff, providing feedback to senior management for pro-active intervention and resolution of people-related concerns. Work with the Human Resources senior staff on development of companywide initiatives and roll-out. Ensure all appropriate statutory and regulatory compliance requirements related to labor and employment are met. Consult with managers and staff on employee relations issues, conduct investigations and make recommendations in response to management and staff concerns Provide day to day \u201chands on\u201d operational HR support in respect of all generalist HR activities What you will do: Driving sustainable organizational change \u2013 both structural and cultural \u2013 in a fast paced, dispersed environment, enabling the transition from a decentralized to centralized, functional structure. Establishing trust and credibility with corporate leaders, global HR staff and employees will be a key success factor. Build strong influence relationships throughout the organization, often at a distance. Leading, and helping others to lead and manage within a newly formed matrixed organization Providing proactive leadership to positively impact all stakeholders will require significant personal commitment and planning. Balancing the requirement for both Operational and Strategic HR support. What you need to succeed: Business Partner : Commercially aware and able to link HR, People and Development matters with business goals. Ability to build effective working relationships and act as a true business partner. Change Delivery : Previous proven change management experience. Spirit and attitude to inspire and drive change Facilitation & coaching : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Significant coaching and mentoring skills Project Delivery : Strong project management skills with the ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously Strategic\/ Thought Leadership : Maintain external networks and ongoing professional development, provide contemporary approaches to HR practices. Contribute thought leadership on HR concepts within the HR team and wider organization. Leadership Role Model : Ability to lead the development of HR function, build high performing teams, expert in leadership concepts, proven ambassador or leadership competencies Subject Matter Expert : Extensive proven experience in generalist HR leadership including organization development, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, talent management\u2026 Resourceful : Ability to work with minimal supervision, setting own objectives and presenting own decisions. Enthusiastic and credible. Additional Information: Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred Basic Qualifications: 10 years in progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in a senior, strategic business partner role of a similar size \/ scope. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-site, global operations. Aerospace, MRO or OEM experience a definite plus.
