ResourceTek is currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The right candidate will perform full life-cycle recruiting and have experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting applicants for positions in multiple industries using the most up-to-date, cutting edge sourcing tools such as social media, job boards, etc. Job Summary Work as liaison and HR representative between ResourceTek clientele and employees Create and list job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels Call applicants and perform phone screens In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems Set up formal interviews with clients Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview Facilitate meetings between hiring manager and applicants Check references Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags Initiate drug tests and interpret results Inform candidate of client decision Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits Inform applicants not chosen of company's decision Prepare all New Hire paperwork and file Full life-cycle recruiting; front end recruiting through the employeeâ€™s tenure ResourceTek offers industry leading compensation and benefits.
