Position Summary:
The Director, Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for the administration and oversight of compensation and benefits for approximately 1700 employees across the globe with expected growth to 3000 in the next five years.  Responsible for administering employee compensation and global benefit programs to include insurance and savings plans working closely with insurance brokers and plan carriers. Works with senior leadership to ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization’s business objectives and meet all legal requirements. May be responsible for managing direct report(s).
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs.
Works with senior leadership to ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization’s business objectives and meet all legal requirements.
Responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s savings plan (401K).
Monitors payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity and accuracy of employee records.
Responsible for the management of vendor resources including benefit brokers and consultants.
Performs audit and ensures accuracy of all benefit and savings plan deductions and feeds.
Works closely with the HR team to act as liaison to ensure that employee benefits related questions and issues are answered in a timely manner.
Responsible for 401k and HSA account funding.
Produces monthly HR reports including but not limited to Headcount and Turnover and Demographics reports.
Manages salary classification and compensation programs.
Conducts analysis of compensation and benefits within the Company.
Manages competitive analysis, merit increase process and compensation programs.
Systems related projects (implementation of Compensation Module in Success Factors and implementation of job banding classification system).
Participates in and analyzes survey data to ensure appropriate compensation across departments.
Develops position descriptions and determines appropriate base pay as needed.
May be responsible for managing direct report(s).
Other related duties may include but are not limited to: special projects as assigned including assisting with commission calculations, establishing employee databases for ad-hoc reporting, and providing assistance on related HR initiatives.    
Assist with periodic 401(k) and worker’s compensation audits and compliance testing.
Responsible for ACA reporting.
Project management expertise and significant experience with systems and process improvement.
8-12 Years related experience in a similar compensation and benefits function within a growing and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of ADP Payroll, SAP, Success Factors and Benefits Focus and reporting and/or similar experience working with an HRIS system required.
Expert level knowledge of Excel; proficiency with MS Word.
Experience with one or more HRIS system implementation or conversion preferred.
Ability to create sophisticated reports from Success Factors, Benefits Focus and other sources.
Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel to develop solid, productive relationships.
Commitment to project deadlines and reporting requirements demonstrating good time management skills.

Excellent ability to maintain confidential information.
Thrives in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environment and workload.
Bachelor's dregree required, CEBS and CCP preferred.
