Job Description Our client is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team for a 6 month engagement that will begin after Labor Day. This Senior Recruiter will source, interview and hire top talent for various roles throughout the company both locally and nationally. For this role, experience using Success Factors along with a strong experience within the financial industry is key. Roles & Responsibilities: Source and recruit both locally and nationally for various corporate positions Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methodologies and incorporates diversity to candidate slates Strong candidate sourcing skills to search and find candidates outside of passive candidate flow Ensure an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements for positions that require recruitment Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS, such as SAP Success Factors, to identify, attract, present and recruit top tier talent Identify and deploy creative methodologies for sourcing quality candidates Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need Required Skills & Experience : 5 years recruiting experience, within the financial industry or 7 years with more broad- based recruiting experience Ability to create trusted partnerships with hiring managers to assess departmental talent needs Experience filling entry-level to leadership roles locally, nationally, and globally Confidence in tackling a variety of positions and providing a top-tier candidate hiring experience Sourcing and recruiting foru00a0roles in manufacturing, sales and operations Excellent communication skills Expert level user of an ATS, like SAP Success Factors to manage the recruitment process Strong attention to detail Ability to work at a fast pace and juggle many projects at once Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ATS experience Candidates must be highly organized, able to work independently with little direction, and able to change directions quickly and multi-task effectively Other Posts by Author Share this... 0 0
