OfficeTeam is seeking a tenured HR professional to help oversee the HR department work with the company CEO, CFO, and HR VP. Location is downtown Seattle and is longer-term. Duties include but are not limited to, providing guidance and training to supervisors and managers on policies, updating employee handbook, handling employee issues, administer benefit programs, ensure legal compliances are all set, and other duties that arise. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of HR management or higher experience, have knowledge of employment laws, have excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in Word, Excel, and Access.
