Enhance ongoing business opportunities to stimulate company growth through partnerships and strategic alliances with external businesses and organizations
Develop and implement diversity communications strategies through collaboration with the corporate communication group
Continually identify barriers to the success of diversity. Develop strategies and initiatives to address these barriers.
Assess opportunities to link diversity with on-going business and HR processes and initiatives
Develop strategies for outreach and relationship building with key professional/community based organizations for the purposes of recruitment, brand equity, supplier diversity, and improved corporate citizenship/reputation

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
