Position Overview:

As a key member of our regional sales team you, will report directly to our Chief Inspiration Officer and work as a key contributor to a team of 4 Regional Sales Directors. In this role you will build and support our field Leaders in the following states:

as the Regional Sales Director of the Central Region. Your primary goal is to develop and execute a monthly, quarterly and annual regional plan to exceed sales, sponsoring and leadership promotion targets in your target states.

Responsibilities:

Coaching Leaders to increase sales, sponsoring and leadership development, working to personalized 90 day plans

Coaching up and coming leaders, along with their leaders, in small, targeted groups

Supporting New Stylist Training efforts both regionally and nationally via calls and webinars

Supporting overall Stylist training in your region with Basics Bootcamps in A markets, City Stops in B markets and coffee chats in small, developing areas

Driving attendance to National training initiatives like Welcome To Director and Hoopla

Seeking out guerilla networking and media opportunities in your region

Actively do in home style sessions to have primary and connected knowledge of how our Stylist experience

Attend & participate in monthly Stylist team meetings

Conduct recruiting events and opportunity meetings and small Stylist trainings in underdeveloped areas

Partner with marketing to plan and execute local guerilla marketing tactics and online lead generation

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree preferred

5 years of sales management experience, 2 years of recruiting experience

Proven success in Sales environment

Experience in the Direct Selling marketplace

Requires ability to analyze and interpret financial/marketing data and allocate resources for maximum profitability

Able to motivate others through excellent communications, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills

Proven Leadership and mentoring skills

Self-motivated, can work well independently and remotely with clear communication skills

Hands on willingness to do everything, including tasks big and small for field events

Proficient with MS Office, Internet, Web Conferencing software

Must be able to travel more than 50% of the time via air and/or car
