Description JOB SUMMARY: Opens Total Rewards accounts, provides customer information services. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: u00b7Enters new customer accounts. Greets customers as a company representative and provides information concerning casino programs, amenities, offsite attractions, hotels, restaurants, and Harrahu2019s Total Rewards Program. u00b7Assists as needed with Promotions and Events. u00b7Issues promotional amenities, redeems coupons, maintains accurate bank and inventory control records. u00b7Greets buses and distributes Total Rewards Cards and requested coupon packages to passengers. u00b7Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrahu2019s and encourages others to do the same. u00b7Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: u00b7High school diploma or GED required. Ability to add and subtract numbers is essential. u00b7Pleasant personality, excellent customer service skills as well as record keeping skills are a must. u00b7Pleasant and easily understood speaking voice is required. u00b7Must be able to receive and accept directions and instructions in a positive cooperative manner. Customer service experience is preferred. Must be fluent in English. u00b7Ability to read and write in English imperative. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance. PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: u00b7Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino. u00b7Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and carry up to 20 pounds. u00b7Must have an eye for detail. Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned desk area. u00b7Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine, and photocopier. u00b7Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. u00b7Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. u00b7Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. GAMING PERMIT: Non-key Gaming License required. Employee Status :Regular
