(A Little On Long The Description But Unique Position)

Are you a candidate looking for the role that allows you more of a variety in your work than one singular focus. Our client, an industrial type company, has asked us to find someone like you if you have experience in the HR Administrative arena, this will be a Direct Hire.

The position will support areas of HR, and the corporate office administrative functions and this position will at times work directly with the President, CFO, and COO. Below are some of the areas this position will manage:

A sample of HR functions 50% of responsibilities:

Be the first line of the recruiting process by managing & screening entry level candidates for submission to managers

Perform employee orientations

Schedule 90-day reviews for managers

Manage time off requests and track

Manage and submit info to the payroll company

Present Safety Minutes at the monthly leadership meeting

A sample of Administrative function 50% of responsibilities:

Order supplies for the office

The first point of contact for Corporate Headquarters (minimal activity)

Route phone messages for Corporate Headquarters (minimal activity)

Set hotel reservations for manages traveling to out of state location

Chief organizer for the office to create efficiency

Execute special projects for President & others of the leadership team


Administrative support experience with direct office organizational experience

Experience utilizing MS Office Word, Excel & Outlook with demonsted skills

Experience within an HR Dept and specifically employee files is a big plus

You must have clear communication and grammar skills
