We are a fast-paced personal lines insurance agency looking for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Specialist. We value our clients and strive to provide the best customer experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Answering the telephone quickly and in a professional manner.

- Handling customer requests for information on coverage, bills, taking payments, processing documents, etc.

- Follow up with customers and sales staff.

- Work with sales staff to set appointments, process paperwork, and handle customer requests, etc.

- Working independently on assigned tasks.


- Property/casualty insurance experience.

- Must have significant experience in administrative and customer assistance work.

- Exceptional telephone and computer skills required.

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.

- Strong organizational skills.

- Ability to problem solve and work with customers to answer questions/concerns.

- Quick and competent learner with the ability to apply oneself in a professional manner.

- Ability to pass the P/C and L/H licensing requirements.

- Must pass a background check prior to employment.
