Aon is looking for an HR Coordinator, HR Operations As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our HR Operations team based in Lincolnshire, IL.   Your impact as an HR Coordinator, HR Operations The US HR GO Coordinator serves as a key team member within the US HR Shared Services function that provides support and delivery on Aon’s  unmatched talent agenda which includes: Monitoring multiple HR Operations mailboxes to support I-9 new hire administration, Background checking support client specific to Fingerprinting administration,  Route hard copy post mail, Process garnishments, Provide audit (internal/external) support, Coordinate monthly governance slides, Plan/organize team events as required, and support all special projects as required. The HR Coordinator carries a great deal of responsibility and independent judgment in meeting deadlines and establishing priorities for daily tasks. Must exercise discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive HR matters. Job Responsibilities:Monitor multiple global HR operations email mailboxes and notify the appropriate team subject matter expert if any requests require immediate action. Work all cases to conclusion upholding sense of urgency, confidentiality and highest level of customer service.Respond, process and track all I-9 employment new hire verification emails along with escalating all verification issues appropriately.Background Checking – solicit and process all new hires with required Fingerprinting component when required.Obtain, process and route all garnishments to required shared services center.Extract and download various request file documents for all internal and/or external audits as requested.
