Profile

Position Summary Provides system and administrative support for all functional areas within the Human Resources Department. To help the Department fully utilize existing systems to ultimately streamline internal processes and to help enhance employee experience. The MFA currently uses UltiPro for their HRIS and Payroll system.Successful candidates will have demonstrated accomplishment in the following:Superior Customer Service – willing to go above and beyond for internal and external clients. Be able to service customers across teams, leadership and junior employees within the organization.Problem Solver – has to be able to resolve data discrepancies in the system, answer HR inquiries both accurately and completely. Follow up on any unresolved system or process issues.  Superior Oral and Written Communication SkillsAdaptability – must be able to flex and adapt to ever changing business needs and last minute requests and still maintain deadlines; able to work in fast work environment.Change Management – interested in working in environment that requires building processes and system functions from scratch; can manage through conflict while maintaining positive and approachable demeanor, and can manage day to day activities without formalized structures in place.Data Analytics – can run business intelligence reports, can sort through data and summarize detail.Microsoft Office – intermediate to advanced skill set in Excel (V-Lookup; Pivot Tables; Filter; Sort), Word, Powerpoint.QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. EducationHS Diploma/GED is required. BA is preferred. Work experience will be considered in lieu of BA.  ExperienceMinimum three years HRIS experience in Human Resources. Knowledge of UltiPro is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate to advanced skill in Excel. Experience in maintaining databases, running reports, and perform other HRIS computer operations are necessary.  Experience in healthcare and demonstrated knowledge of EEO/AA compliance is strongly preferred.  Ability to handle multiple priorities in busy environment necessary.
