The ideal candidate has 5 years’ experience sourcing and filling roles in the life sciences and computer science.

Activate external and internal hiring efforts, build a recruiting culture, and develop a talent pipeline
Identify, source, and assess candidates in line with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s culture for available roles to present to management
Facilitate and coordinate interviews and guide an effective and efficient screening and assessment process
Capture, organize, and track candidate information and interview feedback from interviewers
Build and oversee an exceptional interviewing and hiring experience for candidates
Ensure quality procedures are in place which are in line with talent acquisition policies governing recruitment and selection including a diverse candidate pool
Monitor and respond to referrals and speculative applications received

Ability to work with management to create and execute on a roadmap for personnel growth
Capacity to liaise with candidates at all levels, from board of directors to entry level hires
Can develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to cultivate active and passive talent pools
Understand the hiring process, key recruiting metrics, and how to drive them to deliver successful outcome
Understand market and talent realities in each geography in to inform approaches to finding, attracting and acquiring the best talent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5 years’ experience sourcing successful teams
Track record of successful placements in life science and software engineering in highly competitive markets
Demonstrated success in pulling in talent that is otherwise not job hunting
