Prudential Financial currently has an opening in Human Resources in our Finance Talent Development Group. The Finance Talent Development Group, is responsible for the strategy and execution of talent initiatives across the Finance community.

The incumbent will be responsible for the management of the Finance Leadership Development Program. This requires cultivating partnerships across Finance to ensure the successful development and execution and of FLDP. Incumbent will analyze and report the metrics and results for the program to determine quality of hire, student perception trends, proper placement, performance and retention, and year over year results. Incumbent is responsible for enhancing and executing all aspects of FLDP including identification, assessment and selection of candidates, as well as program oversight. The incumbent will also be accountable for special projects related to Talent Development initiatives for Finance. Key Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: · Support the strategy and oversight of the Finance Leadership Development program including the identification of program roles, oversight of rotational placement process and corresponding training curriculum · Develop and execute FLDP calendar and events · Mentor and coach program associates · Lead and support special projects related to talent development initiatives for Finance

· Prior program management, human resources, recruiting or talent development experience preferred

· Experience within a finance organization a plus

· PowerPoint skills and experience delivering presentations to multi level audiences required

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Demonstrated ability to build business relationships and effectively interact with all levels of leadership · Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. · Highly organized with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities · Sets a high bar for excellence for themselves and others · Knowledge of Finance organization a plus
