MTF Biologics, the largest tissue bank in the world, dedicated to providing clinically sound, safe allograft tissue is currently recruiting for a Human Resources professional to support our Jessup, PA location. Reporting directly to the VP, Human Resources, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering and coordinating the human resources functions which include, but not limited to: employee relations & communications, compliance, staffing, performance management, compensation, benefits, environmental health & safety, learning & development, diversity and other related activities. The position will work directly with management and employees and act as a change agent that assesses and anticipates HR-related business needs. This position will maintain a strong sense of business literacy about the strategic plans, overall culture, and competition.
HR Advisor - Provides advice and counsel to management which enables them to better fulfill their responsibilities in managing their people resources.
Employee Relations - Aligns the interests of our employees with the objectives of the business strategy in ways that are consistent with company values. Investigates employee complaints, diagnoses and provides issue resolution in a timely manner. Assists with developing employee surveys and effective employee communications plans and tools.
Compliance \u2013 Ensures consistent administration of company rules, policies, programs, guidelines and procedures. Assists with adherence to all HR-related state & federal legislation, including Affirmative Action Planning, OSHA programs and local facility codes. Investigates and prepares background data for compliance audits and legal cases.
Staffing \u2013 Fulfills the talent needs of the business. Conducts intake meetings with hiring managers on hiring requirements, develops sourcing strategies and then attracts and secures the appropriate talent. Maintains college relations programs, including recruiting for new-grads and interns.
Performance Management \u2013 Assists managers with the performance review cycle, performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
Compensation & Benefits \u2013 Coordinates administration of the company\u2019s compensation and benefits programs in an equitable and appropriate manner.
HR Foundation \u2013 Participate on HR projects intended to establish or improve the HR function and align it with the needs of the business.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business Administration
7-10 years of HR generalist experience
Competent PC Skills \u2013 including HRIS, ATS and MS Office
