Description Medline\u2019s HR team has an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Development Manager based at our headquarters in Northfield, IL. We are in growth mode and looking for an exceptional HR professional who thrives in an extremely fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Based on organization needs, the Talent Development Manager identifies challenges, then designs and implements appropriate solutions to enhance leadership and individual effectiveness. This individual partners with HR Generalists to drive development, engagement and retention of employees. Key responsibilities: Analyze talent data (Talent Planning Process, Exit Interviews, HRIS data, etc.) to evaluate offerings and identity opportunities. Conduct needs analyses. Design, develop and implement development solutions (assessments, programs, coaching, job aids, etc.). Deliver content and facilitate discussions with leaders, teams and\/or individuals to transfer knowledge, build and practice skills, and reinforce key learning points. Work with and through HR business partners to provide ongoing guidance on effectively assessing, developing and coach employees to deliver better results. Monitor and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of learning programs and recommend\/implement appropriate adjustments. Manage and lead enterprise-wide projects (ex. engagement survey). Other projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree; major in Business, Psychology or related field preferred At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources or Organizational Development function; at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience preferred Experience developing and\/or customizing instructional materials Experience building collaborative relationships and consensus in a decentralized environment Experience coordinating and facilitating management meetings Experience presenting to senior management or C-suite with the purpose of influencing management decisions Certified in MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, Strength Finders or other assessment tools preferred Experience supporting a Learning Management System (LMS) through content development preferred
