Description SUMMARY: Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., a leading company in the interactive entertainment industry, seeks a high energy, \u201cpeople\u201d person to join our team as the People Development Admin. This role will support the People Development Team and our creative label partners by providing administrative and ad hoc support. Responsibilities: Act as a resource and support for the Take-Two population and HR partners Monitor and respond to team communication platforms, i.e. Mailboxes and Slack channels Maintain and publish internal calendars Participate in the onboarding process and distribution of tools resources Enroll employees in learning initiatives and capture employee\u2019s post-training feedback Request and consolidate employee feedback from various systems, surveys and roundtables Assign, monitor and report on global people systems Coordinate logistics and manage day-of administration of live training initiatives Complete Employment Verifications Assist with HR and company-wide People programs and incentives Maintain electronic personnel files Maintain global emergency and HR Contact rosters Oversee periodic audits of all personnel files Assist with HRIS administration, and perform duties as a backup Ensure compliance with labor postings for all US locations Work with hiring managers to request system\/applications access and ongoing administration of access levels Maintain and publish the people directory Coordinate and collaborate across all functional areas of HR team Assist with People Development projects, as needed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years\u2019 experience in Human Resources or in an administrative role Strong passion for work, life and people; must be an overall positive person Display curiosity and desire to learn Excellent verbal and communication skills Process and detail oriented Great organizational and follow up skills. Ability to work in a team environment and independently Ability to plan and anticipate future needs. Flexible with the ability to embrace a changing environment PHYSICAL DEMANDS Consistent with a desk job in a normal office environment, with occasional live training responsibilities. Some travel will be required.
