What You'll Do:

You will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and juggle several simultaneous responsibilities including: new hire orientation, on-boarding, candidate travel, data audits, background check vendor management, job postings, Talent Acquisition intranet page updates and other special projects as assigned.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manages New Hire Orientation and Onboarding process.
  • Moves new hires through hiring process via Taleo Business Edition.
  • Attends to the needs of new hires prior to their first day.
  • Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains that they are current.
  • Submits the online requests and assists with new employee background checks.
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process.
  • Schedules meetings, candidate travel and interviews as requested.
  • Maintains new employee records.
  • Assists Talent Acquisition Manager with special projects as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Minimum two years' experience in an administrative position supporting an HR department. Experience supporting a recruiting function a plus!
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with ATS (specifically Taleo Business Edition) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and successful data accuracy required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and speak up for help when needed.
  • Desire to continuously improve our processes; provide input on what we can do better.
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.>
