Profile

Position Summary:

Provides support for Senior Recruiters ;

responsible for completion of the hiring and onboarding process

Essential Responsibilities

1.

Assists recruiters in sourcing candidates and assists with sourcing vendors’ billing

2.

Makes travel arrangements for candidate interviews

3.

Sends assessments to center staff candidates and posts results to ATS

3.

Serves as liaison for certain vendor relationships for post-offer screening processes

4.

Manages the background check and drug testing process, coordinating with other departments, such as credentialing, to confirm candidates’ qualifications

5.

Assists in certain administrative aspects of the ATS

6.

Obtains employment verifications, when necessary

7.

Follows up with candidates throughout new hire process

8.

Maintains multiple Excel files of processes and progress weekly

9.

Ensures all required documents have been completed, collected, and assembled such as job applications, licenses, offer letters, background check reports, and drug test results

10.

Maintains weekly recruiting metrics/reporting

11.

Initiates and finalizes new hire process with the candidates and HR Specialist

12.

Serves as expert in maintaining all AHCA files, fingerprinting, and clearances, per legal regulations

13.

Creates flawless new hire files

14.

Manages the I-9 process company-wide

15.

Performs other duties as assigned

16.

Acts with honesty and integrity in all business transactions, including, but not limited to, employment applications/resumes, patient records, time records, and financial transactions

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted for degree

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting coordinator and/or recruitment experience; preference for experience working in a full-cycle capacity

Additional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong decision making skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Professional appearance, demeanor and adherence to company dress code

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially in Excel

Proficiency in writing and speaking with appropriate, correct, and professional grammar and punctuation

Ability to handle confidential matters

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team

Ability to meet and maintain attendance requirements being timely and dependable
