We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join Voyage’s Talent team. You will be the first in this role, and will be able to build the entire talent infrastructure from the ground up alongside the Director of Talent. This role will allow you to grow within the talent acquisition world and provide an amazing opportunity for professional development and career advancement in a high growth organization.
Support team of future recruiters to coordinate candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & onsite) for all technical and non-technical roles
Manage the interview process from end-to-end to make sure that candidates get a timely response and are having an amazing experience
Assist in maintaining our applicant tracking system to ensure that it is being properly utilized to maximize the efficiency of Voyage’s hiring process
Facilitate recruitment events and opportunities for Voyage
Work with Talent team to implement and improve recruitment initiatives and processes
Onboard new hires through our HRIS
Other responsibilities as required on an ad-hoc basis by Talent management
1 years of relevant experience in a coordination or outward-facing administrative position; recruiting support experience preferred
Enthusiasm for and understanding of the importance of Talent functions
Ability to provide potential recruits with a stellar candidate experience
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and professionalism
Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal business partners
Intuitive identification of areas requiring operational attention in a dynamic and high-growth business environment
Adept at navigating a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change, and effectively prioritizing assigned tasks
