The Event Manager will set the strategic vision and lead our newly imagined Talent Acquisition Model that will provide J&J with a recruiting competitive advantage by focusing on igniting growth & innovation through an integrated Human Capital approach. You will be responsible for project managing time sensitive and unplanned hiring as aligned to strategic business plans. You will partner with key HR and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute on a recruiting approach towards integrating target businesses with J&J. You will shape, connect and lead resources to deliver on key projects. You will maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and integrity in a complex, high-profile and rapidly changing environment. Finally, you will drive organizational dedication and accountability to deliver operational excellence, business focus and overall development of our people.In this exciting role, you will: Develop strategy for effective project hiring in alignment with business strategies and capabilities required to execute the best quality service.Be the ultimate utility player by quickly assessing, resourcing, leading, and project managing all global strategic hiring events of varying size, scales, and timelines.Understand the full end-to-end recruiting process and sourcing strategies to enable process excellence and foster a talent advisor mindset with customers and teams.Demonstrate & embrace a culture of agile thinking, building a fast, adaptive, iterative approach to recruiting engagements, ensuring hyper-connectivity & transparency across multiple groups.Drive engagement and establish close, trusted partnerships with global HR and business leaders, and internal partners, while considering and integrating feedback into the project plans.Define Key Performance Indicators that are critical for quality of tracking and evaluation of hiring events and translate data in to a compelling talent narrative.Lead a high performing team of event leads in the project management, relationship management; communication strategy, development, and delivery of strategic objectives and organizational needs.Understand and execute J&J's business priorities, workforce planning outcomes, regional current and future capability requirements as well as any specific talent challenges by translating a business strategy.Collaborate with the Talent Intelligence and COE community in Manila, as well as with external vendors and partners, to design and lead the implementation of talent identification strategies while ensuring alignment to talent priorities and successful execution of projects. QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is requiredA minimum of 10 years of Progressive HR Experience, including at least 3 years in a high-volume recruiting or talent sourcing capability is requiredStrong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail is required, as is strong recruiting knowledge and business acumen across multiple functions.Global leadership skills are necessary by providing clear direction quickly and on-demand to work effectively in an agile environment, handle multiple projects and daily ad-hoc operational activities.Experience shaping solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external partners to ensure the effective execution of HR solutions across the enterprise is required.Demonstrated success analyzing and presenting recruiting data to drive data based decisions for key business partners by translating strategic directives into tactical initiatives is a required.
