In addition, responsibilities include monitoring the HR group e-mail inbox, resetting passwords, distributes standard reports, tracks and distributes HR posters and forms.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Performs various clerical duties such as filing, organizing, and answering phones and e-mails. This duty is performed daily.2. Manages the HR group e-mail distribution box by receiving and distributing e-mails according to subject matter. This duty is performed daily.3. Assists HR personnel in making copies, scanning , and faxing documents. This duty is performed daily.4. Runs and distributes reports, as requested. This duty is performed as needed.5. Delivers, processes, and distrubutes the mail. This duty is performed daily.6. Orders office supplies. This duty is performed as needed.7. Track and distributes HR posters, notices, and forms. (Performance Reviews, FMLA, etc.). This duty is performed daily.8. Assists with various HR projects. This duty is performed monthly.9. Assists other HR reps with daily duties as needed. This duty is performed monthly.10. Performs other tasks requested by supervisor as they relate to the department and its functions. This duty is performed as needed.11. Receives daily VEVRRA audit reports and contact new hires to complete elections, as needed. This duty is performed daily.12. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed annually.13. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 2 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
