The position will serve as a Continuous Improvement Consultant to the North America HR Solutions and Services Organization to ensure alignment to the Johnson Controls HR Model.How you will do itWork with Human Resources Directors, Managers and Generalists to optimize the HR Service Portfolio. Partner with Centers of Excellence and Shared Service Providers on Continuous Improvement Initiatives aimed at improving the delivery of HR Services. Evaluate work related issues and determine effective remediation techniques to resolve issues.Lead the development of HR processes to ensure consistency, quality, and high levels of customer satisfaction.Regularly lead HR projects as assigned and in partnership with the North America HR Team.Act as a change agent to improve existing processes. Can engage in driving local programs on various efforts aligned to culture and engagement. Develop and implement processes to facilitate organization changes and support with appropriate change management processes.','!*!What we look forBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree preferred SPHR, PHR, SCP or CP preferredMinimum 8 years of HR related experience (e.g. Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and/or Shared Service Center)Previous experience leading Continuous Improvement/Lean Initiatives is required.
