Business Line Government Position Title Talent Sourcer United States of America - Maryland Germantown Job Summary As a Talent Sourcer, you will own the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies (including market research) and outreach for critical roles within the business. After assessing the requirements, this role will be responsible for designing the sourcing strategy and searching for the skills sets using all tools available. You will be working as a partner and resource to our TA team and the business operations hiring managers to develop and land top talent across our business units. You should be comfortable and effective at delivering optimal results in fast paced and urgent environments. As a member of our team, you will own engaging passive talent and nurturing that talent as we find the right opportunities for them. The intelligence you gather will help build multiple pipelines in multiple skill disciplines. You must thrive in the hunt, and be focused on networking closely within the industry to identify the right talent and companies to target. You'll cover the basics of recruiting including web-based research and analysis to match potential candidates with required skills, but more importantly, leverage your technical and business knowledge to develop meaningful recruiting strategies that will ensure the brightest talent is aware of AECOM and joins us at the right time. You must possess the ability to strategize and use the market to your advantage, yet be tactically sound to deliver immediate results. Minimum Requirements Qualifications 4-6 years of recruitment and sourcing experience Experience in managing recruiting processes and candidate research in either in house or search firm with preference toward some search firm experience Demonstrated knowledge of research methods (Boolean, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Chrome extensions, etc.) within the global landscape Demonstrated experience in building talent networks, nurturing and fostering relationships Demonstrated use of talent market insights and data to influence sourcing strategies Experience with Talent Acquisition processes and systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Education and\/or Experience: Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent amount of relevant work experience. Certifications are a good way to demonstrate your level of training and expertise. Your years of experience and success in your career are certainly most important to us.
