Job Description Own the Labor relationship and process at the site, including but not limited to labor contract administration, interpretation, and grievances & arbitrations. Effectively communicate, lead and execute our People policies and procedures. Develop leaders within the Supply organization through coaching and training delivery. Act as a liaison between our Zone headquarters and brewery teams. Provide guidance on various aspects of employment law (Family and Medical Leave Act, American with Disabilities Act, etc.), employee relations, labor relations, policy interpretation and disciplinary procedures. Proactively supports the influence & delivery of HR Processes by knowing the business and use of predictive analytics. Builds a strong business relationship with the leadership to actively identify gaps; propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks. Job Qualifications Regardless of the field, if you\u2019re the right fit for our culture, we\u2019ll take you as you are. And even though a background in business, human resources, or labor relations, would definitely help, we\u2019re also open to philosophy, psychology, or even quantum mechanics majors. You\u2019re driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills. We look for leaders who are naturally ambitious, self-aware, hungry to learn, proactive workers, and analytical. Here are a few other considerations: Bachelors required, though Master\u2019s is preferred. 2-3 years\u2019 experience in HR related or business related functions is preferred. Demonstrated experience with performance management, labor, and employee relations. Excellent problem solving skills \u2013 predictive analytics, lean six sigma preferred, discipline, attention to detail. Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence and communication skills.
