Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience with operating in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Demonstrated understanding of HR practices including organization design, talent strategy, performance management, change management.Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management, dynamics of employee development and professional growth, and training program design and presentation.Understanding of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters required.A track record of providing HR advice and solutions to senior leaders on employee and organizational issues.Strong influencing skills with managers and leaders; flexibility needed to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills; an articulate and persuasive communicator including strong presentation skills; some analytical and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in in human resources or a related field preferred.Ability to plan, organize and present training activities to diverse employee groups, establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.About us:ipsy was founded with one singular mission: to inspire individuals around the world to express their unique beauty.
