POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, HR Region Leader within CenterWell Home Health will oversee strategy and execution of all Human Resource functions within a region and activities on a daily basis, those with direct and indirect reporting relationships.
The Director, HR Region Leader will partner with the CenterWell Home Health region leadership team to drive strategic impact of the human capital plan, drive consistent HR best practice and execution of delivery, drive culture, and fully bring to bear all HR capabilities; HRBP, Shared Services, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Data/Analytics, Benefits and I&D. The region team will function as one intact team leveraging process center expertise, regardless of reporting relationships. The Director, HR Region Leader will be the single point of HR accountability for all aforementioned functions within the region.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Director include, but are not limited to:
Strategic human capital direction
Drive and ensure execution of recruiting strategy with flawless execution to ensure staffing effectiveness to meet center needs
Drive culture in partnership with leadership
Accountable with shared services to develop Home Health specific policies and responsibility for operational oversight
Accountability with compensation for market relevant compensation programs and execution
Partner and support regarding Home Health specific initiatives and programs
Direct oversight of HRBP team for Home Health Region
Responsible for facilitating annual HR processes within Home Health region leveraging HR partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
6 or more years' deep HR experience across multiple HR disciplines, preferably in an operational environment
Previous direct leadership experience
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Experience implementing and measuring success on complex initiatives
Ability to think strategically, work independently, and direct the work of a large matrixed team
Strong relationship building skills
Process-focused, with ability to drive meaningful process improvement and user experience
Desired Qualifications
Master's degree

Remote location is flexible and remote, anywhere across the US
Requires travel as business needs dictate
