We arecurrently seeking candidates for a Human Resources Generalist. Candidates for this opening must be located in Loveland, CO or the surrounding area or include a cover letter explaining relocation plans. Provides Human Resources support and advice, including but not limited to employee relations assistance, personnel actions, job description development and compensation analysis, answering first line questions from employees and provide response to various employment surveys, and completes special projects. Maintains and updates the Human Resources Information system, UltiPro and provides special reports as needed. Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Assists with employee relations issues, disciplinary and coaching issues, investigations, and policy interpretation Provides responsible professional and technical human resources advice and support Assists with projects by gathering data, preparing spreadsheets and other related documentation Designs and develops Human Resources ad hoc reports as needed Enters personnel activity into the system, including salary changes, new hires, promotions, transfers, resignations, retirements, dismissals, and other personnel related actions Coordinates with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate transactions Develops job descriptions and performs compensation analysis Maintains a high degree of confidentiality in all areas of human resources Handles complex and specialized situations in department or functional area Conducts New Hire Orientation Other duties as assigned The job tasks identified below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, move about the facility, bend, stoop, and climb stairs; demonstrate sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard and other office equipment; reach above shoulder height, below the waist, and lift to file documents or store materials; lift and move up to 25 pounds; speak and hear sufficiently to communicate in person and over the phone; read words and numbers; maintain visual ability including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and to adjust focus; work overtime as required; meet expectations for attendance and punctuality; able to pay attention to details; able to concentrate; interact professionally, cooperatively and productively; perform in a manner that prevents errors and omissions; tolerate a constant, moderate noise level; work independently; carry out assignments to completion within parameters of general instructions, prescribed routines and standard practices; successfully manage stressful work situations; meet multiple deadlines consistently. Qualifications: Requirements: Bacheloru2019s degree plus three years of experience; or High School Diploma or GED equivalent plus five (5) years progressively responsible Human Resources experience Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred Three to five years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience Knowledge of human resource laws and regulations required Strong analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated experience in working with sensitive and confidential information a must Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy required U.S. citizenship (required for federal security clearance) Federal Background Investigation REQUIRED please read. The selected candidate for this position must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated government background investigation.This background investigation requires U.S. citizenship and will include an investigation of 10 years of history including financial, education, employment, medical, residence, and personal records.The cost of this investigation will be paid by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
