SUMMARY: This position is responsible for understanding and administering Tyson Foods Policies. This position will be required to perform HR Clerk duties to include answering Team Member questions regarding payroll, policies, benefits, etc.; assist with new Team Member orientation; maintaining confidential personnel files; assist with hiring process to include scheduling interviews; entering new hire, re-hire and termination information and Team Member information changes into the appropriate systems; payroll; posting attendance records; maintaining job postings; filing; typing; answers phones as well as any other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1 plus year experience in an office clerical capacity required.

Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule: Mostly days but flexible to work 2 evenings a week.

Attendance: Consistent attendance is required

1ST SHIFT (United States of America)
