The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will advance through a defined career growth path focused on the sourcing of qualified candidates to support our Flex/Search/Enterprise teams. The TAS will grow in the role by building relationships, demonstrating business process/industry understanding and excellent adherence to activity results. This is a highly promotable role with a 6 month growth path to BSS/BSM/ER/AR/ERM role.

Contribute to Recruiting team by identifying and qualifying candidates interested in Temporary or Direct Hire opportunities-through online recruiting sources, cold calling, databases etc.
Align recruiting efforts with our Core Competencies: to create candidate depth in each competency.
Understand and prove competence in all components necessary for identifying, recruiting and screening candidates.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES
College degree required-Bachelors or above
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent follow-up skills
Comfortable with computer applications such as MS Excel and various exposure with website programs
Must be able to multi task and switch directions from one task to another frequently
Exposure to accounting basics in college a huge plus
Strong attention to detail
Open to relocation
Committed to providing excellent customer service
The ability to work well in a team environment
