Adobe Systems is seeking a Talent Partner to recruit for the Adobe Customer Solutions team in North America. What you\u2019ll do Time spent roughly on an average day\/week: 30-40% prospecting passive candidates via phone, 30-40% client management, 20-40% other Source, develop, screen, and present top talent to respective hiring managers; Manage clients expectation end-to-end Ability to manage multiple clients at multiple remote locations Develop custom research, target lists and sourcing strategies for current and future open positions Produce target list of passive candidates for assigned searches through research(internet, internal\/external databases, industry publications, cold calling, networking, etc) Clear understanding on how to prospect and convert interest Actively mine for candidates via referrals, resume database, and other active and inactive candidate pools; proactively research and investigate new\/creative sourcing ideas Maintain and augment internal database Provide reporting mechanism to clients to illustrate robust pipeline Commit to and meet deadlines Negotiate & close candidates Partner very closely with HR Consulting & Rewards Partners to driving recruiting Plan Effectively partner with and lead talent scout\/sourcer What you need to succeed Customer-centric; continually searches for ways to increase customer satisfaction and anticipate future customer requirements Driver; can drive an end-to-end process seamlessly from kick-off meeting to offer acceptance Works efficiently; allocates one's time to handle multiple demands and competing Priorities Acts with integrity; builds trust with others by being consistent, modeling the desired behavior, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences and treating others with respect Execution & follow-through; gets things done, removes obstacles and makes tangible contributions that are measurable Experience and success recruiting software sales professionals Adept & enjoy the challenge of making cold calls; love converting a prospect to 'interested' Ambitious, high energy, team oriented with a no fail attitude Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment \Thick skinned\ - takes rejection well; can overcome objections &determine best course of action Accomplished; thrives on achieving goals; appreciates being measured Resourceful; must be resourceful and take initiative; develop innovative solutions to problems Confident in networking; ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and organizations Action-oriented; can run with little direction; can make sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty Inquisitive; wants to know the right answers and asks the right questions Passion for making outbound phone calls Excellent candidate assessment skills Organized; can track and measure activity; ensure candidates are moved through the process in a timely manner; and responsive follow up to both candidates and hiring managers Flexible & positive attitude; \can roll-with-the-punches\ Can multi-task and prioritize; ability to manage workload through effective time management. Set expectations around deliverables Assertive; follows disciplined sales methodology without being 'salesy' Mature; polished executive presence 3 years of recruiting experience Knowledge of hi-tech landscape; understanding of requirements Deep sourcing skills and experience sourcing passive candidates Adept & disciplined in using a Contact-Management DB or CRM tool Proficient in MS Office & Acrobat.
