Manager of Benefits
A well-established client in the Lancaster County, PA area is looking for a Corporate Benefits Manager to join their team. The Corporate Benefits Manager will prepare annual budgets for benefits programs as well as assisting with budget preparation for salary and administrative labor. The Corporate Benefits Manager will develop, implement and adhere to company policies and procedures along with working with Corporate Director of Human Resources to develop an active strategic approach to benefits for the company. Bachelor?s degree in business, human resources or related field of study, PHR; SHRM-CP and/or CEBS certifications preferred but not required; 7 years? experience in benefits administration, Competent knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA and federal, state and local wage and hour laws and reporting requirements; Experience leading all benefit initiatives for a mid-sized organization of 1,000 employees; Experience working with a manufacturing company preferred; Proficient in Microsoft systems products and HRIS data systems; Excellent writing and verbal communication skills If you are interested in this role of Corporate Benefits Manager please send your resume in word format to Jared Scholl at ~~~ JO #~~~837
