Job Description
Job Family Summary
The Enterprise Learning team is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide Learning processes and programs. The team informs and leads the enterprise in all aspects of Learning processes, policies, communications and technology/systems. Through collaboration and consulting with business clients, HR Business Partners, and other HR resources, the Enterprise Learning Team is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategic enterprise learning solutions that are aligned with business unit strategies and enterprise-wide talent objectives.
Job Description
This Senior Manager role leads teams to implement, support and communicate Enterprise Learning Programs. This is accomplished through strong operational leadership to:
Navigate the Change Management Process through AORs
Create and distribute Communication strategies
Negotiate with vendors and manage vendor relationships
Manage learning facilities
Because of the work, this role requires strong communication, organization, collaboration and integration skills. Ultimately, this role will build the foundation of operational excellence for the Enterprise Learning organization.

Key Responsibilities
Experience in organizing, integrating and communicating high impact programs, using a variety of innovative solutions
Involved in sourcing, negotiating and managing relationships with third party vendors
Navigating large scale change initiatives
Great at conceiving and building a compelling proposal, pitching that to a project owner, and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders
Managing teams to deliver complex solutions
Proven leadership experience, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance discussions, employee relations, and coaching and developing associates

Great at conceiving and building a compelling proposal, pitching that to a project owner, and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders
Managing teams to deliver complex solutions
Proven leadership experience, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance discussions, employee relations, and coaching and developing associates
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate degree in Business, Communication, Human Resources or similar preferred
10 years of related experience; design, development and implementation of innovative solutions experience preferred
Experience building and managing high performance teams, attracting top talent and driving succession plans; strong coaching and mentoring skills
Ability to think from both a strategic and tactical perspective; strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to conceptualize new ideas
Experience collaborating with people at all levels of an organization
Strong project management skills including the ability to document and communicate project plans, monitor work in progress, and achieve project milestones/end results for others to understand.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Solid influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills with the ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, peers, subordinates and other key stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
