Partner with Talent Acquisition team to provide high-quality, proactive operational support to Talent Acquisition Advisors throughout the recruiting life cycle.  The Talent Associate will take ownership for the background investigation, new hire on-boarding process and candidate scheduling and feedback collection while ensuring a strong positive client, candidate and new hire experience.   The Talent Associate will also work with the Talent Advisor to support Taleo compliance related activities.  
Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle
Accountable for providing high quality, complex and challenging scheduling and logistics support to Talent Acquisition Advisors and Hiring Managers including candidate travel and interview agendas. Troubleshoot last minute changes to scheduling and logistics and provide updates to the interview team(s) and candidates as necessary
Launch interview feedback collection tool
Initiate credit and background check process, proactively identify problems, trouble shoot issues and partner with the adjudication team/HR/legal as necessary
Ensure new hires and hiring managers are informed of first day logistics
Facilitate the onboarding process through the collection and processing of new-hire forms and paperwork including I9 and e-Verify.
Provide applicant and candidate support throughout the recruiting process, ensuring all paperwork and data tracking meet employment and corporate compliance standards
Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with Executive Assistants and other corporate support teams i.e. conference center, travel department, etc.
Initiate relocation process for eligible candidates
May assist in the posting process, including: conducting research on most effective boards, and in helping TA Consultants maintain their job postings on external boards and within Taleo.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a support or administrative function
Bachelor's Degree
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
Experience in Human Resources
Experience coordinating events or scheduling meetings in a corporate environment
