The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle technical telecommunications recruiting throughout the organization. This includes, sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, and on-boarding candidates. Primary Responsibilities: Confers with hiring management while managing multiple requisitions to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skillsFull cycle recruiting on both regional and national levelsEfficiently and effectively fill open positionsDevelop and maintain network of qualified candidates in advance of needSource candidates using a variety of methods; job boards, social media, in-person networkingConduct candidate screening, interviewing and presentation to the hiring managerManage internal and external posting processProvide daily and weekly reporting of recruiting metrics; number of interviews, open requisitions, candidate submittals, potential new hire hiresCoordinate and implement military recruiting initiativesCreate contacts within the industryCultivate a strong knowledge of the company, industry and competitorsAssist in performing reference and background checks for potential employeesAssist in preparing and sending offer packages and new hire packagesAttends job fairsPerform other duties as assigned Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience: At least 2-4 years experience in full cycle recruiting, especially in the telecommunications industry (specifically wireless, utility & telecom construction services)Knowledge of industry terms, positions, and job requirementsTechnical Skills: Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient on ATS system, Luceo, and Internet searches (Boolean searches)Soft Skills: Highly organized and detail orientatedStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organizationAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlinesTime management skills; deadline adherence is mandatoryThe ability to maintain a high level of confidentialityPhysical Requirements: Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testingSitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a dayWorking on a computer for 6-8 hours a dayMay be required to work long and unpredictable hours
