Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Effectiveness or related field
5 years corporate development, corporate strategy, strategy consulting, organizational change, investment banking, or a related field
Project Management experience in developing and executing project workbacks, timelines, and budgets
Proven ability to communicate plans across a complex matrix on a corporate, regional, and functional basis
Experience initiating and driving the ideation process contributing meaningful, innovative strategies to the business
Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining keen attention to detail
Ability to comprehend business needs, synthesize technical and specialized knowledge and translate them into a cohesive strategy
Tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work well with a large variety of personalities at all levels of business
Mastery of business communication tools and verbal/written communication to promote conceptual understanding and mobilize change through storytelling

Preferred experience:

Apparel/footwear, retail, merchandising, digital commerce, digital services, and/or experience in consumer-facing industries and shown understanding of the competitive landscape /

We are looking for a Change Management Manager to join our Enterprise Acceleration & Delivery team who will collaborate with senior and executive leadership to execute **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..'s largest transformational initiatives!


Enterprise Acceleration & Delivery is a specialty group within Nike’s Corporate Strategy function that serves as critical thought partners to our senior leaders to help drive tangible results and galvanize our broader teams through the change journey at Nike.

As a Change Management Manager, you will be a member of the Change Management Team that is responsible for helping lead the adoption and execution of Nike’s new operating model, authoring strategic & business content, prioritizing & running key meetings, and serving as a critical thought partner to our senior/executive leaders to explore complex change & business issues at Nike.

In addition, you will independently work on cross-functional teams and be aligned to the Change Management project work below:

Operationalizing the change journey by crafting content and developing tools
Ensuring change adoption through uses cases that will rally leaders & teams to support the change
Partnering and supporting local adoption change teams across the organization
Building Nike’s Change Management capability


The Change Management Manager reports to the Change Management Director and is a member of a six-person team. You will be supporting senior leadership in a highly matrixed and cross-functional environment including the following areas:

Sr. Executive leaders across Nike’s Consumer Groups, Geographies, and Marketplace teams
Strategy, Finance, and Operations teams that support key business areas
HR teams across Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness
