As a member of our team, you will be able to make an impact in helping provide effective medical diagnostics and research to our patients and clients. Responsibilities: As a HR Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the human resources department along with database and records management. Maintain administrative functions of the HR department. Assist with the new hire onboarding process including new hire orientation. Maintain confidential employee documents in an organized manner. Enter new hire information and accurately maintain employee demographics into HRIS software database on a timely manner. Maintain access badge database. Participate in preparation and distribution of all department communication and reports. Maintain department records, reports, and logs in an organized manner. Plan, organize and implement company sponsored employee events. Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town applicants and guests. Process pre-employment background checks. Maintain department supplies and inventory. Maintain company organization charts. Open and process department mail. Maintain information bulletin boards. Assist in the implementation of employee recognition programs. Assist with planning and implementation of and attendance at department-sponsored meetings. Maintain confidentially of all records and issues. Provide quality customer service to all employees. Represent ProPath and the department in an ethical, courteous, and professional manner. Meet deadlines as set by department standard and expectations. Professional appearance through adherence to company approved dress code. Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, client and\/or company records and issues. Communicate effectively with all levels of management, co-workers and clients to provide quality customer service. Work effectively within a team-oriented department and company. Requirements Requirements: A minimum of 1 year related experience with a degree or 5 plus years with high school diploma. Undergraduate college degree preferred. High School diploma acceptable with equivalent experience. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong organization abilities and interpersonal skills. Strong Microsoft Office, desktop publishing, database programs, report writing and payroll software skills. Experience using HRIS software required. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer Service driven.
