We are looking for a Relationship Manager m/f to join our Talent Solutions team in our new offices to be located in Berlin's beautiful \city hart\. You will act as a trusted adviser, bringing value to our customers, helping them effectively engage with the LinkedIn network using our professional Talent Solutions. You will be dedicated to make our customers stronger, seeking out opportunities for growth. The foundation to success in this role, is a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals. With your clients’ best interest in mind, you act as their internal advocate ensuring they are set up for success. Responsibilities: Consistently grow revenue by prospecting and building pipeline as a consequence of nurturing strong personal relationships with clients Seek proactively for cross-collaboration opportunities with internal teams and our clients' stakeholders to position LinkedIn Talent Solutions successfully. Close new (upsell) and renewal business consistently at or above quota level Draft and engage on your strategic territory planning and create reliable forecasts Share best practices that will be strengthen the foundation of this growing team Identify market needs and opportunities and share insights with product and marketing teams Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent 5 years of applicable sales experience Fluent in German and English Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SaaS sales and Salesforce.com or similar platforms Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results Evidence of continuous professional development Experience with recruitment media and recruiting Experience working in the recruitment consulting or staffing industry Evidence of sound analytical data utilisation for informed decision making and to persuade others Ability to accurately understand your customers' needs, provide solutions and sign up incremental business.
