We are currently seeking an experienced scheduling and human resources coordinator at our Port Orange, Florida office.Job Summary:Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the accurately scheduling of qualified caregivers based on all new and current clients. This is a part time position (30 hours). Qualifications:High School diploma or GED and two years related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of scheduling required.Requires proficiency in word processing and computer skills (Office, Excel, Power Point). Must possess above average human relations, customer service, and organizational skills.Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills are necessary.Essential Functions:Schedules shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client's needs.ClearCare experience is a plusCommunicates new assignments and\/or schedule changes to caregivers and clients.Participates in on-call rotation as assigned. Works with Client Care Coordinator, Director of Business Development and Human Resources Manager to assist in resolution of caregiver issues.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
