As a recruiting coordinator at Linqia, you will own all aspects of coordinating the candidate sourcing and interview process, including scheduling, updating the candidate pipeline, ensuring positive candidate experience, and more. Manage a seamless coordination process for candidates and hiring managers that will enable scaling our recruiting processes
Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate travel, manage reimbursements, reserve conference rooms, and ensure all candidates have a top-notch experience at Linqia
Communicate professionally in all candidate interactions
Gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
Work on other side projects related to recruiting/People Operations
6-24 months’ experience in an administrative role
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Exemplary attention to detail
Ability to build an effective process amid change and ambiguity
Nice to Have:
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience with Google Drive, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems such as Glassdoor
