Job Summary Comments The Talent Associate supports a fast-paced, dynamic recruitment environment through a variety of tasks. The position contributes to the accomplishment of practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. Providing exceptional customer service on a regular basis, the Talent Associate is involved in the day-to-day operations and provides exceptional service to applicants, new hires, and employees. Essential Job Functions Title and Description Provides support related to workforce pipeline strategies which may involve student support, locum coordination of education, mentor training coordination, general and clinical orientation support, and events support as needed. Handles daily communication with candidates and new hires via phone and email including scheduling interviews, answering new hire questions, communicating with hiring leaders via the applicant tracking system, establishing video conferencing for interviews and travel arrangements as needed. Supports the hiring clearance process including tracking necessary documents, rescheduling employee health and functional screens, background and reference checks, primary source verification of licenses, etc. Utilizes a variety of tools and technologies to support the hiring and onboarding process (applicant tracking system, onboarding module, HRIS, scanning system, video conference equipment, etc.) Performs administrative support to the Talent Team such as posting job requisitions, taking Minutes, agenda development, meeting coordination, employment advertising coordination, tracking of information, and maintenance of documents, web page postings and training materials. Collaborates with internal support departments such as employee health, clinical education, human resources, information services, and hiring leaders to ensure a positive hiring and onboarding experience for new hires and improve efficiencies. Works with external resources such as immigration attorneys and relocation companies as appropriate. Works closely with leadership to plan and develop annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities and compile needed documents for reaccreditation and/or progress reports as requested by accrediting bodies. Supports CME program through data entry and tracking, producing transcripts, coordinating speakers and/or events, processing reimbursement requests, and maintaining documents. Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization. Demonstrates understanding and follows infection control policies and procedures according to standard operating procedure.
