M-F, 8-5pm
Pay: $28-30/HR

Summary:
Our client, an industry leading healthcare information technology company, is seeking a Leave of Absence Coordinator to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
Vendor Performance:
Prioritize and delegate projects and Leave and Worker’s Comp Management activities across vendors, providing advice and leadership when needed.
Process and Customer Service:
Lead Leave and Worker’s Compensation processes, daily activities including providing day-to-day oversight of all programs/policies.
Ensure consistent application of internally-set quality and customer service standards for Leave and Worker’s Compensation processes.
Develop and manage initiatives to drive operational excellence and exceptional customer service in Leave and Worker’s Comp including maintaining, and continuously improving processes, systems and technology, through measurement practices and metrics.
Apply functional expertise to ensure operational and administrative consistency and high level of customer support.
Collaboration:
Coordinate and advise on Leave and Worker’s Comp activities including the development of processes, policies and tools to support the COE team and ER team.
Collaborate with COE Benefits team and Employee Relations, to ensure operational effectiveness and consistency in policy and practice across HR Operations.
Receive and respond to escalations from people leaders and employees, directly handle cases with higher complexity or ambiguity. Serve up appeals to Global Benefits Administrative Committee.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum four years of experience in Leave of Absence and Worker’s Compensation administration and vendor management.
Subject matter expert in Leave of Absence and Worker’s Compensation, particularly state laws with statutory plans.
Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources or related field experience preferred.
