The Change Management Analyst works with the Enterprise Deployment and Change Management team to provide tactical support for strategic change management initiatives. The Change Management Analyst supports the Deployment Manager to define, compile and report on key success indicators. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, adept at managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Understand and leverage ABM’s deployment processes and standards.
Define key metrics to monitor the successful adoption of enterprise initiatives.
Compile and distribute reports on change management effectiveness.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop deployment support materials, e.g. quick reference guides, FAQ documents, instructional materials.
Deliver end user training as needed to support deployment efforts
This role reports to Senior Director, Enterprise Deployment and Change Management
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, business administration, or related field is required.
2-3 years of experience working in project support, data analysis, reporting, change or related functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team.
Highly proficient with Excel and other reporting and analysis tools.
