Job Description & Responsibilities
The Human Resources Generalist, will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day HR activities in support of local business leaders and employees. The role will provide timely and accurate HR Information reporting, create, implement and refine existing local processes. The role is accountable for providing support for key stages of the employment life cycle, this will include recruitment, onboarding, employee performance management and separation. The successful candidate must be able to handle confidential matters and materials with the utmost discretion.
Provide comprehensive HR administration support including: recruiting, creating organization charts, completing employment verifications, headcount tracking reports, and putting together presentations and supporting documentation for meetings
Develop local New Hire On-boarding program.
Process new hires, job changes, and departures including drafting of required documentation, sending appropriate notifications, and handling the off-boarding process.
Manage, maintain and implement changes for all local benefit plans.
Help support local administration with events.
Maintain Employee Files and conduct regular audits.
Support U.S. HR in the delivery of cyclical activities including, but not limited to performance management, annual compensation review and talent management
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor's Degree is required Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related major is preferred
Minimum 3 experience in Human Resources administration and/or talent acquisition support within a fast-paced environment preferred.
Well versed in multiple facets of Human Resources with prior experience administering policies and practices, preferably in a global financial institution.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism
Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships needed to resolve issues and advance priorities of the HR function
Strong in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
